Orthodontics + veneers: closing gaps, alignment & new tooth shape
The patient came to Allure Dental with concerns about an uneven arch, gaps between teeth, and unsatisfactory tooth shape. Taken together, these created aesthetic discomfort and affected her self-confidence — a familiar situation that many patients put off addressing for years.
Treatment
Stage 1 — Orthodontics
First — the functional and structural foundation. Orthodontic treatment aligned the arch, closed the gaps, and brought each tooth into the correct position. Without this stage, veneers would simply have covered the irregularities — not resolved them.
Stage 2 — Veneers
After orthodontics — the final aesthetic layer. Shape and shade were chosen by the patient herself, guided by the clinician's recommendations. This approach delivers a result in which the patient recognizes "her own" smile, rather than feeling she has been given someone else's.
Result
An aligned arch, closed gaps, harmonious shape, and natural shade. The smile looksaesthetically pleasing and natural — it highlights her individuality rather than looking "done."
